Erik Gustafson – A lifelong Craftsman

Erik has over 14 years of engineering experience with a proven track record in improving corporate manufacturing processes and expertise in maintaining unsurpassed quality control.  He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University. 

Prior to beginning his career in engineering Erik worked in the construction field and since then has been his own contractor in remodeling several homes in the California area. 

He has always been a craftsman at heart and started making concrete countertops for his home and the homes of other family members.  After seeing the potential of concrete as an artistic and structural surface coupled with an eco friendly resource, Erik was hooked.  He decided to start his own business, Hayzor Designs. 

In addition to the professional credentials mentioned above, Erik is a licensed and bonded contractor who remains active in the industry.  He has completed intensive coursework with the Concrete Countertop Institute in North Carolina.    

Erik and his wife of 13 years, Julie, manage Hayzor Designs in their Chandler, Arizona facility where they reside with their four children.  They are committed to quality products with the highest level of integrity for superb customer service. 

Erik takes pride in building one of a kind functional countertops and furniture where the only limit is your imagination.
